Tiffany Nguyen moved to Charlottesville from New York in 2008. She finds joy participating in multicultural communities dedicated to justice, good food, and cultural exchange. 

Tiffany is the owner and event lead at Events by Phoenix Collective. She volunteers as a Wine Curator, Project Manager, and Logistics Lead with Oenoverse and the Two Up Wine Down Festival; on the leadership team at Victory Church of Charlottesville; and as PTO Chair at Jackson Via. She is passionate about advancing economic and social justice through grassroots initiatives and the art of hospitality.

Tiffany's involvement with New City Arts started with the creative arts and craft mornings at the gallery when she had (3) toddlers in tow. She got to experience the space and over time learn more about the opportunities that New City provides. She was particularly drawn to Housing2Home because it sparked the deeper conversation about who art is for and who has access to it.

She lives in Charlottesville with her 4 children and her husband, Luan.
