She lived in Charlottesville for nearly a decade, and is excited to be returning to her favorite town to give a reading of her debut children's book, Trucky RoadsFun for all ages, check out what reviewers are calling a "psychedelic" and "far-out" ride through real and imagined trucks. Lulu gives all credit to her eldest son Jude who invented the character of Trucky Roads.

Kids of all ages are invited to BYOT (Bring Your Own Truck). Following Lulu’s reading, Jeremy Taylor from Infinite Repeats will guide us through a printmaking activity, turning your truck wheels into road track prints for each kid to take home. Ink is water-based. We’ll have a cleaning station set up for kids and their adults to clean the treaded tires, following the activity.
