Wilfred Henry (he/one) is an herbalist, abolitionist, somatic movement educator, ecological marxist, ephemeral gardener, artist, writer, and a human being living with complex trauma. As a visual artist Wilfred works mainly in abstract digital photography—playing with form, texture, and light in large format color field. My practices emerge from a deep tether to Earth and the unsettling listlessness of traumatic experiencing. I seek to hold space for a multitude of griefs—climate, relational, existential, societal—and aim to remain curious about myself and others along the way.
